No. The carriers pay us as an outside sale/support firm. We are paid a residual from your order, so its crucial to keep you happy throughout the life of the contract.
Yes. We use the same system that they do to pull quotes. Most of the time we come in lower because we have access to multiple providers to complete the demand.
